Museum Grounds Tour

The Museum Grounds tour covers the works of art at the Water Works, behind the museum, and in the Azalea Garden. While short, this tour involves a fair amount of vertical travel, as the museum is at the top of a hill. We begin on the Spring Garden bridge next to the museum and then go
- along Museum Drive to the Rustic Pavilion
- down the walkway back toward the bridge
- directly across the path and the garden to the top of the spiral staircase
- down the spiral stairs
- along the river bank to the next set of stairs
- up the stairs to the fountain
- across the path and a little toward the bridge
- along the path toward the back of the Museum
- up the walk behind the museum on the side nearest the river
- across the back of the Museum
- through the sculpture garden on top of the garage
- down the stairs from the garden back to the walk behind the museum
- a few yards up hill to General Casimir Pulaski
- down the hill
- through the Azalea Garden
