Running Free Henry Mitchell, 1971 * horses * Between 2009 and 2011, as part of the relandscaping that accompanied the construction of the building that is now to the South of this piece, the base was altered and moved and the piece was rotated on the base. Main Quad Fountain Hargreaves Associates, 2006 * abstract fountain, University seal * The Drexel University seal is inscribed into the base of the fountain in very shallow relief which you can see when the water is off. Each of the water jets is individually programmable and individually lit at night.
